Ingredients (2 large breads)
1kg of flour 20g of baker's yeast 1 pinch of salt Warm water q.s.
Preparation
Begin by placing the flour in a bowl, which should be at least twice the size of the flour. In a small bowl put the salt and the yeast and dissolve in warm water. Add the mixture to the flour and wrap well. Add water slowly and knead until the dough is firm. To get big air pockets you will need to knead more! Once the kneading is done, reserve the dough in a hot place and cover the dough. Wait 45 minutes until the dough doubles it’s size. Then divide the dough into two and take to the oven it in a baking tray for about 30 minutes at 175ºC.
